How much do you want to pay? Some plans have lower monthly premiums but you share in the cost of your health care with a copayment or coinsurance. Other plans have a higher monthly premium but you’ll pay little to no out-of-pocket costs for eligible services. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. This amount is usually deducted from your Social Security check. |

How much do you want to share in the cost of services? When you get care in a doctor’s office, emergency room, urgent care facility or hospital, the amount you pay will vary. What about access to doctors and hospitals? Our participating provider networks are extensive and include many of the providers in Minnesota and nearby states. |
|
Preventive services? We believe that preventive services are a key feature for your good health. Seeing your doctor regularly and getting necessary tests could help detect a problem earlier and keep it from turning into a bigger problem later. All of our plans include coverage for various preventive services and/or screenings. |
